 SOCIAL BADMINTON DETAILS
NEW START TIME : 8PM
Please note that we will now start at 8pm and finish at 11pm.
8pm is usually the time most players actually arrive. Please try to arrive before this time so games can start at 8pm
BADMINTON SOCIAL DETAILS
=> Price: $17
=> Pay at the start of the session (try to have the correct amount)
=> Register and pay at the desk near Court 7
=> Try to start your games as soon as possible, there should be no need to warm up after the first warm up session at the start of the night
=> To keep costs down, when you finish your game, and the shuttle is still usable, leave the shuttle at the centre of the court under the net so the next group can use it
=> RSVP by Friday 4pm for court booking purposes. (either by email or our Facebook page)
MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS
To meet the minimum skill level players should be able to; -Land drop shots between the net and the service line -Fast, strong, and well-aimed smash with good consistency -Clear shots to actually push the opponent back -Know your roles at the front court and the rear court. -Be able to observe the opponent and find the empty space. -Can make creative shots instead of repetitive returns. -Serve consistently not too high over the net and within the service line
